However, the TXL-H group had significantly reduced myocyte size when compared with the DCM-C group (19.89 ± 2.20 versus 24.86 ± 3.69, P < 0.01), while there was no significant difference between the TXL-L group and DCM-C group (22.75 ± 3.00 versus 24.86 ± 3.69, P > 0.05) (Figure 4(a)).
