In agreement with previous report [25], Pten/Trp53 conditional double null (Ptenpc−/−; Trp53pc−/−) mice developed prostate tumors at 3 months of age, and the average weight of anterior prostates (AP) was 5-fold heavier than that of the age-matched wild type (WT) cohort (Supplementary Figure S1A and S1B). This evidence concerns the gene PTEN and prostate neoplasm.
