(vi) Finally, we showed that SLIT2 level could influence PANR within endogenous mouse models of pancreatic cancer (pdx1-cre/KrasG12D/Ink4Af/f) and human PDA xenografts in nude mice, as the SLIT2 level correlated with increased intratumoral nerve fiber density.
