Considering the current criteria for curing acromegaly, postglucose GH nadir levels over the cut-off limit of 0.4 μg/L were observed in 11 out of the whole cohort of 40 patients (28%) in the presence of normal IGF-I concentrations (group A, 8F&3M, mean age 58.0 ± 7.9 yrs., 3 pts. Here, GH1 is linked to acromegaly.
