TNFSF10 and neoplasm: The data in Figure 4 showed that the neutrophils in pG/pI6-mice and naive mice were similarly primed by IFN-γ/TNF-α, but CXCL1/IFN-γ/TNF-α was less efficient in suppressing tumor growth in pG/pI6-mice, suggesting that the release of anti-tumor factors such as TRAIL, MPO, and NE might only partially contribute to the anti-tumor effect of the primed neutrophils.
