Importantly, however, the fact that high diagnostic value of GHSR methylation is fully reproducible, for example, for breast cancer in the current study (n = 20), and in our earlier report [11] (n = 117) and for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (test set n = 18 and validation set n = 78) suggests the high reproducibility of the signature for other cancers, too.
