Results showed that the mRNA levels of Homer1, IL-1β, and TNF-α in the AMI, UAP and SAP subgroups were all higher than those in the control group, however, there was no significant difference in the mRNA levels of Homer2 and Homer3 between CAD and the control group, suggesting that Homer1, IL-1β, and TNF-α were related to CAD pathogenesis. This evidence concerns the gene HOMER1 and coronary artery disorder.
