Figure 3B shows that the percentage of Th22 cells (IL-22 + IL-17-IFN-γ-CD4+) increased in mice with AVMC (4.64 ± 2.35%), chronic myocarditis (5.90 ± 1.74%) and DCM (5.60 ± 1.47%) relative to control mice (1.78 ± 0.79%, 1.50 ± 0.44%, 1.75 ± 0.30%, respectively). Here, IL22 is linked to familial dilated cardiomyopathy.
