CRP and Recurrent upper respiratory tract infections: According to the von den Driesch diagnostic criteria in Sweet's syndrome [18], our patient had all minor criteria (fever about 39°C, history of upper respiratory tract infections in some recurrences, gastrointestinal infection in one episode, good response to corticosteroid after 36–48 hours, high levels of white blood cells, neutrophils, ESR, and C-reactive protein).
