CEACAM5 and neoplasm: The mean levels of four tumor markers decreased after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, in particular, CEA, CA72-4, and CA125 decreased significantly (P = 0.030, P = 0.010, and P = 0.009, respectively) (Figure 2), and these three tumor markers decreased more significantly in the disease control (CR + PR + SD) group than the disease progression (PD) group (P = 0.012, P = 0.020, and P = 0.025, respectively) (Figure 3).
