In addition, we found that high mRNA levels of SETD4 (p=0.0468, HR=1.92), SETD5 (p=0.00231, HR=2.79), or SETD7 (p=0.0391, HR=1.97) were significantly associated (p<0.05) with shorter survival in breast cancer patients (Supplementary Table S8). Here, SETD5 is linked to breast carcinoma.
