We found that for seven HMTs (KMT2C, SETDB2, SETD2, SETMAR, PRDM1, PRDM5, and PRDM8), copy number amp/gain or deletion was significantly associated (p<0.05) with shorter survival in breast cancer patients (Figure 6A and Supplementary Table S5). Here, SETD2 is linked to breast carcinoma.
