The data in Figure 4 showed that HD140Q/140Q mice at 9–10 months of age expressed levels of Glut3 protein comparable to WT in the cortex and the striatum, indicating that if the cell surface expression of Glut3 was altered in the HD mouse brain it was not a result of reduced overall levels of Glut3 protein expression.
