We found that four out of the 140 DEGs, namely Guca2b, Hmox1, Hba2, and Hba-a2, were related to regulation of BP (GO: 0008217); three of these genes were related to response to oxidative stress (GO: 0006979), including Dusp1, Hmox1, and Serpine1. We also observed three significantly related KEGG pathways, including circadian rhythm, prion diseases, and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) signaling pathway (Table 3). Here, SERPINE1 is linked to prion disease.
