The mean density of DC-SIGN in stage I/II colon cancer patients (0.003551±0.004211, n = 38) was significantly lower than that in either stage III colon cancer patients (0.005747±0.005559, n = 36) or stage IV colon cancer patients (0.009898±0.01175, n = 19), P<0.05 (Fig. 6B).
