The analysis indicated that TILs tested before NAC had predictive values in ER negative (OR = 3.30, 95% CI, 2.31–4.73, P = 0.000), triple negative (OR = 2.49, 95% CI, 1.61–3.83, P = 0.000), HER2 positive (OR = 5.05, 95% CI, 2.86–8.92, P = 0.000) and HER2 negative patients (OR = 3.50, 95% CI, 1.90–6.20, P = 0.000) breast cancer patients, but not in ER positive patients (OR = 6.21, 95% CI, 0.86–45.15, P = 0.071; Fig. 3). Here, ERBB2 is linked to breast carcinoma.
