Laboratory tests showed hyperferritinemia (2330 ng/mL), increased transaminases (aspartate aminotransferase [AST], 172 U/L; alanine aminotransferase [ALT], 185 U/L), hypertriglyceridemia (299 mg/dL), elevated sIL2R (1899 UI/mL), and splenomegaly with multiple iso-hypoechoic nodules (Figure 1, Pt 2). Here, GPT is linked to isolated hyperferritinemia.
