EZH2 and non-Hodgkin lymphoma: One such inhibitor (EPZ-6438) potently kills DLBCL cells bearing oncogenic mutations in EZH2, with minimal effect on the proliferation of wild-type EZH2 DLBCL cells [23]; EPZ-6438 recently entered clinical testing as E7438 for patients with EZH2 mutant NHL (NCT01897571).
