Four stable cell lines: (1) RFPL3 shRNA; (2) non-target control shRNA; (3) RFPL3 shRNA + hTERT; (4) RFPL3 shRNA + Control empty vector (EV) were generated and implanted into nude mice, we found that tumor growth was significantly suppressed by the blockade of RFPL3 in vivo (Fig. 4B-E), and the RFPL3-specific shRNA-induced growth inhibition was partially rescued by the forced expression of hTERT (Fig. 4B-E).
