Next, we compared the expression of miR-144 in a panel of human CCA cell lines (HCCC-9810, CCLP1, HuCCT1, and RBE) and the non-malignant cell line BEC, and the results showed that miR-144 expression was significantly decreased in these CCA cell lines (P <0.05) (Figure 1B).
