IDH1/2 mutations are also common in hematopoietic malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) [43], myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), myeloproliferative neoplasms [44] and T-cell lymphomas [45], as well as in solid tumors such as chondrosarcoma [46] and cholangiocarcinoma [47].
