The role of the biological component of the vaccine is assigned here to HBc VLPs, which belong to the most studied VLP carriers and appear as a basis for a long list of promising vaccines against hepatitis A and B, anthrax, influenza, malaria, borreliosis, cattle theileriosis, infectious bursal and many other diseases (for a review see [3], [23], [25], [26]).
