Here, we demonstrated that high H2AK119Ub1 expression combined with low H3K27Me3 expression in a tumor predicted a poorer prognosis and that elevated Ring1B combined with upregulated EZH2 was associated with a shorter survival time of pancreatic cancer patients, especially for those who were unable to be distinguished by the TNM staging system. This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
