Contrasting our results in circulating DCs, we found that PSA− ENZR xenografts significantly reduced the frequency of tumor infiltrating PD-L1+ (42F p=0.0011), PD-L2+ (42D p=0.359, 42F p= 0.0064) and PDL-1/2+ DC (42D p=0.0422, 42F p=0.0067) compared to CRPC or to PSA+ ENZR 49F xenografts (Fig.4A-C).
