Increased number of cells accumulated with sub-G1 DNA contents in SKOV3-TR with FOXM1 knockdown (8.1%) (Fig. 5A, upper panel) compared to SKOV3-TR transfected with control siRNA (4.2%) (Fig. 5A, upper panel), suggesting FOXM1 contributes to paclitaxel resistance in ovarian cancer cells and that FOXM1 silencing can enhance paclitaxel-mediated cell death.
