These findings are supported by the studies demonstrating increased ENO-1 cell surface expression in the super-invasive breast cancer cell line MB-435S-F/Taxol-10p4p generated from MDA-MB-435S-F cells [78], and by the reports showing elevated ENO-1 levels in the less metastatic breast cancer cell line MCF-7 in response to the chemotherapeutic agent 4-hydroxy-tamoxifen (4-OHT) [74].
