We found that the percentage of Mon2 was higher when co-cultured with platelets from the RA patient group (45 ± 3.6%, P <0.001) compared with the no cellular contact (13.67 ± 2.33%, P <0.01) (Figure 5A), CD147-blocking monoclonal antibody (mAb) (24.67 ± 2.03%, P <0.01) or control groups (7.63 ± 1.71%).
