In the statistical analysis, greater expression of ROCK1 in central tumours and the invasive front correlated significantly with the absence of lymph node metastasis (p = 0.036 and p = 0.022, respectively), the presence of inflammatory infiltrate (p =0.010 and p = 0.009, respectively), and a lower depth of invasion (p = 0.048 and p = 0.002), as shown in Figure 3B. There was no association between ROCK1 positivity and HPV infection, histological type, FIGO stage, recurrence, or vascular invasion. This evidence concerns the gene ROCK1 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
