ROCK1 and neoplasm: In the statistical analysis, greater expression of ROCK1 in central tumours and the invasive front correlated significantly with the absence of lymph node metastasis (p = 0.036 and p = 0.022, respectively), the presence of inflammatory infiltrate (p =0.010 and p = 0.009, respectively), and a lower depth of invasion (p = 0.048 and p = 0.002), as shown in Figure 3B. There was no association between ROCK1 positivity and HPV infection, histological type, FIGO stage, recurrence, or vascular invasion.
