Using this approach, our study was performed on a selection of genes belonging to signaling pathways known to be involved in response to the PDL192 antibody, including the TweakR pathway, apoptosis, the NFκB pathway, proliferation, as well as molecular processes involved in the progression of breast cancers, including proliferation, migration/invasion, vascularization, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) (Table S4). Here, TNFRSF12A is linked to breast cancer.
