Using this approach, our study was performed on a selection of genes belonging to signaling pathways known to be involved in response to the PDL192 antibody, including the TweakR pathway, apoptosis, the NFκB pathway, proliferation, as well as molecular processes involved in the progression of breast cancers, including proliferation, migration/invasion, vascularization, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) (Table S4). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and breast carcinoma.
