Accordingly, in the study, we retrospectively analyzed the status of the PARP1-Val762Ala, XRCC1-Arg194Trp, XRCC1-Arg399Gln, XPC-Lys939Gln, BRCA1-Lys1183Arg, and BRCA2-Asn372His gene polymorphisms and their possible impact alone or in combination on progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) in patients with SCCE. This evidence concerns the gene PARP1 and cervical small cell carcinoma.
