Several of the chemokines that were determined to be upregulated by psoriasis-associated CARD14 mutations in ECs (Figure 4 and Figure S7 in File S1), have been found by previous gene array studies that LS skin contains significantly higher expression of IL-8, CXCL1, and CXCL10 than does NL skin [17]. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL10 and psoriasis.
