A previous study has shown that a broad range of genes may be altered in B-cell lymphoma, including bone morphogenetic protein receptor, type II (BMPR2), E1A binding protein p300 (EP300), transforming growth factor-β (TGFβ2), tumor necrosis factor, and alpha-induced protein 3 (TNFAIP3) gene (also known as A20), by analyzing the global gene expression profile in the GCB-derived DLBCL cell line SUDHL6 after BCL11A downregulation (in press). This evidence concerns the gene BMPR2 and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
