Double staining of NB tissue sections with hCD31 mAb and anti-Ki-67 mAb, that identifies proliferating cells, showed that hCD31+, Ki-67+ EM (defined as EM containing at least three Ki-67+ TDEC) increased significantly (p= 0.006) in tumors from hCD31 mAb treated vs control mice (Fig. 2B and 2C, panel 3), indicating the occurrence of human EM remodeling. This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and neuroblastoma.
