In gastric cancer, high LAMP3 expression was significantly associated with tumor stage (P=0.014), especially with lymph node metastasis (P=0.003); while high TP53 expression was significantly associated with patient age (P=0.006), tumor size (P=0.03), preoperative CEA (P=0.013) and CA19-9 (P=0.032) levels (Table 2).
