Thus, to analyze the distribution of MyD88 and TLR4 in breast cancer patients of different characteristic groups, we found that the expression of MyD88 was associated with ER and PR status (p<0.001) and that the expression of TLR4 was associated with PR status (p = 0.015), indicating that the expression of MyD88 and TLR4 may play an important role in breast cancer, especially in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Here, MYD88 is linked to triple-negative breast carcinoma.
