Similarly, at the cut-off criteria of RMA signals upregulated at least 4-fold and 2-fold compared with normal brain tissue and GBM respectively, a total of 6 highly expressed genes were identified in OD, including CNTN2, ABCA6, MEGF11, DOCK5, MOXD1, and TRIM67. There were 7 genes downregulated at least 8-fold compared with controls in both GBM and OD. Here, DOCK5 is linked to osteochondritis dissecans.
