To complement our in vitro findings demonstrating that ITCH induces tumor initiation and progression by activating YAP with an in vivo model, we injected GFP-labeled MCF10A-RAS/ITCH and MCF10A-RAS/ITCH/YAP-sh cells into MFP of Nod-SCID mice and followed tumor development and progression. The gene discussed is ITCH; the disease is neoplasm.
