Finally, Taba et al. (Taba et al., 2010) recently showed that phosphorylated Hsp27 played an important role in resistant to Gemcitabine in pancreatic cancer cells and propose phosphoHsp27 as a possible biomarker for predicting response of pancreatic cancer patients to Gemcitabine treatment.
