AGT and familial hypocalciuric hypercalcemia: Captopril and losartan decreased systolic blood pressure (156±7 and 155±5 mmHg at 6 weeks, and 145±5 and 146±5 mmHg after 12 weeks; for captopril and losartan, respectively; p<0.0001 vs. vehicle), suggesting that hypertension in FHH rats is partially Ang-II mediated.
