RNASE1 and permanent neonatal diabetes mellitus-pancreatic and cerebellar agenesis syndrome: The difference between the total level of RNase1 and the level of RNase1 with unglycosylated Asn88 thus provides a new method demonstrating that the level of RNase1 with N-glycosylation at Asn88 was significantly increased in the sera of PaCa patients, providing a new diagnostic marker for PaCa.
