NRP1 and neoplasm: Risk factors (LNM, satellite lesions, tumor size, cancerous thrombi, cirrhosis nodules) identified by univariate analysis were pooled into a multivariate Cox proportional hazards analysis (Table 2 and Supplementary Table 5), which further showed that patients with high peritumoral NRP-1 expression were approximately 3 fold less likely to have recurrence (HR: 0.334; 95% CI: 0.130−0.513; p = 0.012) (Table 2).
