qPCR analysis showed that infection of dNSBE with the parental viruses does not appreciably induce IFN-α (Fig. 7A), IFN-β (Fig. 7B) or IFN-λ IL-29 (Fig. 7C) expression at early time points of infection which is in agreement with previously qPCR findings in dNSBE cells infected with avian, swine and human IAV strains [30].
