The hazard ratios and their confidence intervals in the multivariate analysis indicate that on average, and adjusting for the effects of all other variables, the risk for developing nephrotic-range proteinuria increases by 9% with every year increase in age and by 266% per unit increase in the natural logarithm of the total IgG PLA2R-Ab level. This evidence concerns the gene PLA2R1 and Nephrotic range proteinuria.
