Although Kajo K et al. reported a case about mucinous carcinoma of non-intestinal type arising in the ovarian MCT [5], yet most of the previously described adenocarcinoma in MCTs showed characteristics of intestinal differentiation with immunohistochemical expression of CDX-2 and CK-20, and with negativity of CK-7 [7,22]. The gene discussed is KRT7; the disease is mucinous adenocarcinoma.
