We observed that knockdown of CAMK2N1 alleviated inhibition of growth to Casodex in castration-sensitive LNCaP cells and overexpression of CAMK2N1 induces inhibition of growth to Casodex in castration-resistant cells, indicating that re-expression of CAMK2N1 can restore Casodex sensitivity of prostate cancer cells. Here, CAMK2N1 is linked to prostate carcinoma.
