The levels of monokine induced by IFN-γ protein (MIG)/CXCL9, IFN-γ-induced protein (IP)-10/CXCL10, and regulated upon-activation normal T cell-expressed and secreted (RANTES)/CCL5 in patients with MABC lung disease were significantly higher than in control subjects, while the levels of sCD40L and granulocyte/macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) were lower in patients than control subjects. The gene discussed is CXCL10; the disease is lung disorder.
