Several genes identified by RS-PL were also supported by literature in lung cancer (Table 6: LY75-CD302, PLAUR, FAM184A, BUB1B, MBM4, CCNB2, SUSD2, HJURP, and CYP4B1) and breast cancer (Table 7: MELK, CDC20, FRZB, UBE2C, LAMA2, SCUBE2, MMP1, FBLN1, PDGFD, RRM2, and SPARCL1). The gene discussed is SPARCL1; the disease is lung carcinoma.
