Figure 2 shows that radiation sensitive genes (FADD, TNFRSF10B, TNFSF10, TNFRSF8, TNFSF8, TNFRSF10A, CASP1, and CASP4) located on chromosome 11 not only are mapped to cancer-, immune system-, and cell death-related diseases but also may be directly interacting with each other, mediating the effects of varying doses of radiation. This evidence concerns the gene FADD and cancer.
