Hormonal control, determined in the 3 months after surgery, was achieved in 47 (69 %) cases of ACTH-secreting pituitary adenomas, 119 (66 %) cases of GH-secreting pituitary adenomas, 262 (85 %) cases of PRL secreting pituitary adenomas, and 6 (86 %) cases of TSH secreting adenomas (Table 4). This evidence concerns the gene PRL and pituitary gland adenoma.
