Considering that a higher sensitivity should be maintained in detecting PCa, we determined the cutoff value at 0.52, which provided a higher sensitivity of more than 85.0% (87.0% precisely), and the specificity was 45.6%, which was much higher than the specificity of PSA, PSAD and f/t at the same sensitivity level (20.0%, 29.6% and 27.6% respectively). Here, KLK3 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
