NF-κB signaling pathway has been implicated in RANKL/RANK-regulated cancer migration and invasion [20], [24].To investigate if RANKL could affect the activation of NF-κB pathway in HCC, Western blot analysis was performed to examine the total and subcellular levels of NF-κB p65 and the level of phosphorylated NF-κB p65 after treatment of HepG2 cells with RANKL for various time periods. Here, NFKB1 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
